Ukraine Crisis: State Department Authorizes Departure of Embassy Staff, Families from Kyiv

Amid fears of Russian aggression against Ukraine, the State Department “out of an abundance of caution” late Sunday authorized the voluntary departure of non-emergency employees at the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv and ordered their family members to depart immediately.  Read
