Belarus President Threatens Flow of Gas to Europe; Russia Sends Bombers in Show of Support
Belarus’ standoff with the European Union deepened on Thursday as
President Alexander Lukashenko warned he could cut the westward flow of
natural gas and as Russia flew nuclear-capable bombers through Belarus
